I received this DVD quickly, however I was very sick for a couple of weeks and so I had not opened the box, and never thought anything of it. When I finally recovered from the flu, I opened the DVD and discovered that instead of receiveing Algebra 2, I received PRE-algebra 2. I needed a review of high school/college algebra and instead I have MIDDLE-SCHOOL algebra. I sent an email to the seller as soon as discovered what had happened, and to date I have received NO response!
I realize I was slow to open the package but I still feel I deserve the right to at least trade it in as I have not used it and have no need for it.
